What we can fix
You don't need a plan to get help. Ring us with a one-off problem and we'll quote it straight — and if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
Home computer help
No hassle of phoning call centres, driving to a repair shop, or losing half a day waiting for an engineer. Nine times out of ten we do it remotely.
Slow or unwell PCs
The gradual slowdown, the crashes, the programs that won't open.
Virus & malware removal
Including the pop-ups claiming Microsoft needs to remote in. They don't.
New PC setup
Everything moved across — files, photos, email, printers, favourites.
Broadband & Wi-Fi
Dead spots, slow speeds, new routers, and getting the whole house covered.
Data recovery & backup
Getting the photos back, then making sure it can't happen again.
Upgrades
Often an £80 part makes a six-year-old machine feel new. We'll tell you if it won't.
Email problems
Not sending, not receiving, or suddenly asking for a password.
Advice before you buy
Tell us the budget and what you do. We'll tell you what to get.
Home rates
£90 an hour, no VAT. After the first hour we bill in 15-minute blocks at £22.50, so you only pay for the time used. No fix, no fee — if we can't sort it, there's nothing to pay.
Small business IT
The right amount of IT support for a business too small for its own IT person, and too busy to do it themselves.
Microsoft 365
Setup, licensing, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Email & mailbox moves
Moving to Microsoft 365 or between tenants, without losing mail.
Secure networks
Business Wi-Fi, firewalls and remote access done properly.
Backup & recovery
Cloud backup for company data, tested rather than assumed.
New starters & leavers
Accounts created and — just as importantly — properly closed.
Office moves
Planned, packed, reconnected and working on Monday morning.
Meeting rooms
Screens, cameras and conference kit that work first time.
Ad-hoc support
Same-day call-out when something has stopped the office working.
Business rates aren't shown
Your current site doesn't publish business rates either. Your notes mention £425 a day, £240 a half-day and £70 an hour ad-hoc — but those were written for subcontracting to other IT firms, not for end clients, so I've deliberately left them off. Tell me what you'd like shown here.
Got something broken right now?
Ring and describe it. Most things are diagnosed in the first few minutes.
