Looking after Oxfordshire's computers since 2006
Nearly twenty years in the same corner of the country, doing the same job: fixing computers properly and explaining it in words that make sense.
Our story, briefly
GreyFusion started life in Witney in 2006 as a home computer repair service. In 2011 it merged with a business IT service and took the GreyFusion name, so that homes and small businesses could be looked after under one roof.
Since then we've covered Oxfordshire and East Gloucestershire — Witney, Chipping Norton, Oxford, Stow and the villages in between. Most of our customers came to us because a neighbour recommended us, which is still the way we'd rather grow.
How we work
Plain English, always. If we can't explain what went wrong without jargon, we haven't understood it well enough ourselves.
Fair and clear charging. You're told the cost before we start. No fix means no fee, and time is billed in 15-minute blocks after the first hour rather than rounded up.
Remote first. Around 90% of problems are solved without anyone leaving the house — yours or ours. It's quicker for you and cheaper than a call-out.
One person who knows you. You aren't passed between a rota of technicians and you don't start from the beginning every time you ring.
Where we work
Oxfordshire and East Gloucestershire, including Witney, Chipping Norton, Oxford, Burford, Carterton, Woodstock and Stow-on-the-Wold. Remote support reaches anywhere in the UK.
Who we look after
Home users of every level of confidence, and small businesses from one person up to around twenty — the ones too small to justify their own IT department.
Twenty years, same phone number
Ring us and describe the problem however you like. We'll take it from there.
