Once when you join and again at every renewal, we go through your PC properly ourselves: Windows updates, a full virus scan, the Windows repair tools, and a tidy-up of anything slowing it down.
So the software is £49 and the health check is £45 — that's £94 of the £99 before you've asked us a single question. The unlimited advice, the priority and the setup call come on top.

Anything chargeable is quoted and agreed with you before we start. Nothing is ever done and then invoiced as a surprise.
Fair use, in plain numbers
- Advice and questions are unlimited. Hands-on fix work is quoted and charged.
- Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside those hours we do our best.
- We aim to answer the same or next working day. That's a target, not a formal guarantee.
Devices we cover
Yes: Windows and Mac computers, phones, tablets, home Wi-Fi, printers and everyday software.
No: servers, business-grade networking, security appliances and specialist trade systems. Those are quoted separately.

Encrypted, automatic backup of your documents and photos, running quietly in the background. If the computer is lost, stolen, or simply dies one morning, the files are still there.

Billing and renewals
£99 a year, paid up front, renewing each year. Cancel any time before your renewal date and nothing further is taken. Invoices come by email. Extra work is always quoted and agreed with you first.
Set yourself up in two minutes
Payment is handled by PayPal, so your card details never touch our systems. You can cancel the subscription yourself at any time from your PayPal account.
