A Care Package covers monthly checks, unlimited remote support, malware protection and cloud backup, from £41.58 a month. If you book paid sessions more than a few times a year, it works out cheaper.
Book a one-off appointment
No contract needed. Choose a 30-minute remote session or a 1-hour appointment.

30-minute remote session
£45 for 30 minutes
We connect to your screen, with your permission, and fix it while you watch. Good for email, printers, pop-ups, settings and programs that won’t open.

£90 for 1 hour
A full hour for bigger jobs, such as setting up a new computer or sorting out Wi-Fi and printers.

The free times for that day appear next to the calendar. Pick the one that suits you.
Add your details
Fill in your details, add a note about the problem if you like, then press Book.
