With so many amazing deals available online, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement — but scammers are out there trying to take advantage. Here's how to shop smart and stay safe this Saturday! 💻🔒

âś… Check before you click:

• 🔍 Look for "https://" and a padlock icon in your browser's address bar before entering any payment details

• 🏪 Stick to well-known retailers or check reviews on Trustpilot before buying from a new site

• 💳 Use a credit card or PayPal when possible — they offer much better protection than debit cards if something goes wrong

🚨 Watch out for these red flags:

• Prices that seem too good to be true (they usually are!)

• Websites with poor spelling, strange URLs, or no contact details

• Requests to pay by bank transfer or gift cards — legitimate shops NEVER ask for this

📱 Social media shops — be extra careful:

• Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok can lead to fake stores

• Always search for the company independently before buying

• Check the comments on ads — other shoppers often warn about scams!

If you're ever unsure whether a website or deal is safe, give us a call — we're happy to help! 📞
